Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Pulse Company collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers our website and the Pulse Company apps.

1. What we collect From customers: - Your name, phone number and gender. - Your service addresses, including the area and city, and the map location you pin for an address. The pin is what lets a staff member find your gate. - Your bookings and their history: what you booked, when, the price, the final bill, and any notes or landmark directions you added. - Photos our staff take of the work at the address, before and after, so the office and you can see what was done. - Messages you send us through the support chat, and complaints you raise on an order. - Your wallet credit and loyalty points balance.

From staff and vendors who work with us: - Name, phone number, CNIC, address, bank or payment details where we pay a salary, photographs, and their attendance, job and earnings records. - Their device location WHILE they are on a job, so the office and the customer can see the staff member is on the way and confirm they arrived at the right address. This is not collected when they are not on a job.

We do NOT collect card or bank details from customers. Pulse Company is cash-only and runs no payment gateway.

2. Why we collect it - To take, schedule and carry out your booking, and to send the right staff member to the right address. - To contact you about a booking — to confirm it, to tell you the staff member is on the way, or to follow up a complaint. - To bill you correctly and to keep our own records of what was collected. - To run wallet credit and loyalty points. - To improve the service, train staff and investigate complaints. - To meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Messages we send you We send booking confirmations, reminders and one-time verification codes by WhatsApp or SMS to the number on your account, and we may send notifications to your phone through the app. These are part of the service. You can turn app notifications off in your phone's settings.

4. Who we share it with - The staff member assigned to your job, who sees your name, phone number and the address for that job — this is how the work gets done. - Our service providers, who store and process data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Cloudinary (image storage for photos of the work). They process it under our instructions. - Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.

5. How long we keep it We keep your account, addresses and booking history for as long as your account exists, and after that for as long as we need it for our own records, disputes, and tax and legal obligations. Job photos are kept with the order they belong to. Support chats are kept so we can see the history of a complaint.

6. Your choices You can ask us to: - see the personal information we hold about you, - correct anything that is wrong, - delete your account and the personal information we do not have to keep.

Some information we must keep even after you ask us to delete your account — for example the record of a completed job and what was billed for it, which we need for our accounts. We will tell you what is being kept and why.

To ask for any of these, contact us using the details below, from the phone number on your account so we can be sure it is you.

7. Keeping it safe Access to customer records is limited to the office and to the staff member assigned to a job. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to limit who inside Pulse Company can see it.

8. Children Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.

10. Contact us For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your information: You can reach us through the Contact page on our website, or through the support chat in the Pulse Company app. Our current phone number and office address are shown on the Contact page.
